Poland logistics market expands through parcel lockers and rapid delivery partnerships
The logistics and e-commerce landscape in Poland is undergoing significant expansion, driven by the rapid growth of automated parcel lockers and new delivery partnerships. Data from the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) indicates that the number of parcel lockers in Poland reached 67,060 by the end of December 2025, a 29.7% increase from the previous year.
Allegro has exceeded its annual expansion goals, now operating over 12,200 Allegro One Box machines. This places the company in third place in the Polish market, following InPost, which maintains over 30,000 machines, and DPD. To complement its own network, Allegro utilizes the Allegro Delivery program, providing access to 35,000 DHL, Orlen Paczki, and DPD lockers, as well as 55,000 pickup points.
In the grocery and convenience sector, Auchan has partnered with Pyszne.pl to offer rapid delivery services. The collaboration aims to provide grocery orders within approximately 30 minutes, with plans to expand the service to 96 Auchan locations by November. This move responds to consumer trends where 75% of online grocery shoppers reported increased activity in the channel over the last year.
