Poland logistics and e-commerce market expansion

The logistics landscape in Poland is experiencing growth driven by automated parcel lockers, rapid delivery partnerships, and infrastructure modernization. Data from the Office of Electronic Communications indicates that the number of parcel lockers in the country reached 67,060 by the end of December 2025, representing a 29.7% annual increase.

In the e-commerce sector, Allegro has expanded its network to over 12,200 Allegro One Box machines, positioning itself as the third largest operator behind InPost and DPD. To support its delivery program, Allegro also utilizes access to 35,000 lockers from DHL, Orlen Paczki, and DPD, alongside 55,000 pickup points. Additionally, Auchan has partnered with Pyszne.pl to implement rapid grocery delivery services, aiming to reach 96 locations by November.

Simultaneously, Poczta Polska is modernizing its mail and parcel network through the launch of new logistics hubs. A recent facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski, featuring automated sorting equipment and courier gates, serves as a transitional unit for the final stage of delivery. This opening follows similar projects in Częstochowa, Radom, and Włocławek as part of a national effort to build a more flexible and automated operational network.
