Parma and Ravenna rank among Italy’s top cities for speed‑fine revenue in 2025

In 2025 the municipality of Parma recorded €1,977,262 in fines for excess speed, placing it sixth among Emilia‑Romagna authorities for this source of income. Ravenna collected €3,984,320, making it the region’s second‑largest earner after Bologna, which received €9,214,556.
