Brazilian courts hand down convictions in fraud, murder, sexual exploitation and cyberstalking cases

The 1st Criminal Court in Jaraguá do Sul sentenced a son to one year and four months in prison for defrauding his 70‑plus mother, ordering restitution of R$ 218,110 and community service.
