PAS Youth Wing passes motion to contest all current seats

The PAS Youth Wing has passed a motion to contest all current Parliamentary and State Assembly seats in future elections, regardless of any potential cooperation with other political parties. The decision, announced by Youth Information Chief Khairul Nadzir Helmi Azhar during the 67th PAS Youth Assembly in Kota Bharu, aims to maintain voter trust and serve as a core principle in seat negotiation discussions with coalition partners.

Additionally, the assembly unanimously approved three other major motions. These include a call for the Malaysian government to establish a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate allegations of a ‘corporate mafia’ involving government-linked companies (GLCs) and related projects. The wing also passed motions to strengthen Malay-Islam political representation through a national ‘Ummah Unity’ agenda and to implement stricter e-commerce regulations to protect local entrepreneurs.
