Paskibraka National members receive local honors in Indonesia

National flag-raising squad members (Paskibraka) from various Indonesian regions are receiving local welcomes and honors following their service during the 81st Independence Day ceremonies at the State Palace in Jakarta.

In Gorontalo, Governor Gusnar Ismail welcomed Muhammad Azka Gaib and Khasyifa Anindi Sudarmanto at Djalaluddin Tantu Airport. The Governor expressed pride in their dedication and awarded each student a cash bonus of Rp5 million as a form of appreciation for representing the province at the national level.

In West Sumatra, Ahmad Alfatih from Agam Regency and Ulya Kireina Halim from Padang Panjang are also being honored. Plans are underway in Lubuk Basung to hold a parade for Ahmad Alfatih to celebrate his achievement, involving local government, school officials, and his family.
