PASOK leader Nikos Androulakis presents long-term vision at Thessaloniki Fair
PASOK-Movement for Change leader Nikos Androulakis is utilizing the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) to present a long-term political vision for Greece, positioning the party as a direct alternative to the ruling New Democracy.
During meetings with various professional and scientific bodies in Macedonia and Thessaloniki, Androulakis criticized the current administration's economic policies. Key points of contention include bank profitability, liquidity issues for businesses, high service costs relative to purchasing power, and the management of European funds. He also characterized the green transition as unfair, describing it as an 'eldorado' for the powerful while impacting regions like Western Macedonia.
The party is also mobilizing extensively across Northern Greece, including Thessaloniki, Serres, Drama, Imathia, and Kozani, to build momentum. PASOK is promoting specific policy proposals such as free transport for youth, electricity price reductions, and a four-day work week. Additionally, the party has announced the recruitment of former SYRIZA members Olympia Teligioridou and Lefteris Avramakis to strengthen its ranks.
