Passengers trapped in Etacer bus at Paraná Terminal

More than ten passengers were trapped inside an Etacer bus at the Paraná Bus Terminal due to a failure in the main door opening system. The incident occurred on Tuesday as the vehicle was preparing to depart.

Volunteer firefighters and other drivers intervened to manually open the door and secure it, as system pressure caused the door to attempt to close again on the occupants. All passengers were evacuated safely without injuries. The bus has been taken out of service for a detailed mechanical inspection to determine the cause of the malfunction.
