Patna's 'Hamare Ram' theater inaugurated by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary

On 1 August, the Samrat Ashok Convention Centre’s Bapu Hall in Patna hosted the grand opening of the cultural theatre production “Hamare Ram”. Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary lit the ceremonial lamp, offered flowers to a portrait of Lord Rama and Sita, and praised the performance as a showcase of Indian cultural and moral values.

Renowned actors Ashutosh Rana and Rahul Bhuachar led a vivid stage rendition of rarely performed episodes from the Ramayana, drawing enthusiastic applause. The event was attended by several state ministers, elected representatives, senior officials and a large audience of citizens. After the show, the chief minister posted on X, describing the performance as inspiring and a vital link between the younger generation and the nation’s heritage.
