Patron Capital and Trei Real Estate sell six Vendo Park shopping centres in Poland for €110 million

Patron Capital and Trei Real Estate have completed the sale of a portfolio of six Vendo Park shopping centres across Poland. The assets—located in Chorzów, Otwock, Skarżysko‑Kamienna, Szczecin, Kostrzyn nad Odrą and Zambrowie—cover a total lettable area of about 68,000 m². The transaction value is estimated at roughly €110 million.

The buyer is a joint venture formed by SCF Investment Partners (Star Capital Finance) and Generali Investments CEE. Legal counsel for the sellers was Greenberg Traurig Poland, while Avison Young represented the purchaser. According to Wiktor Lesiński, Investment Director & Partner at Patron Capital, the retail‑park segment remains one of the most stable areas of the commercial‑real‑estate market, supported by steady local demand and limited supply of modern formats in regional cities. The deal is regarded as one of the larger recent transactions in the Polish shopping‑park market.
