Pax8 launches 8Bot and 8OS to support managed AI services

Pax8 has introduced two new solutions, 8Bot and 8OS, designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) transition from AI experimentation to offering managed AI services. These tools aim to lower the barrier for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily operations.

8Bot functions as an AI assistant or “coworker” to assist with routine tasks such as meeting preparation, email drafting, and task follow-up. It is designed to integrate with existing tools like calendars and email to automate administrative workflows.

8OS serves as an operating system for agentic AI, providing a centralized platform for partners to manage various AI agents, models, and tools. The platform leverages Pax8’s existing multi-tenant and billing infrastructure, allowing providers to control usage, manage costs, and scale AI services across multiple clients. To support this rollout, Pax8 also released a “Managed Intelligence Guide” featuring six strategies to assist partners in developing AI offerings.
