Pax8 launch of 8Bot and 8OS AI platforms

Overview

Pax8 has introduced two new solutions, 8Bot and 8OS, intended to assist Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in transitioning from AI experimentation to providing managed AI services for small and medium-sized enterprises.

8Bot is described as an AI assistant or “coworker” designed to automate routine administrative workflows, such as email drafting and meeting preparation. While initial integration focuses on Microsoft 365, the product roadmap includes future support for Google and QuickBooks.

8OS functions as a centralized operating system for agentic AI. It provides a platform for partners to manage, govern, and bill for various AI agents and models across multiple client environments. The system allows providers to enforce policies, track usage, and set budget caps to manage costs.

Both platforms are currently in limited early access, with general availability anticipated in early 2027.
