National Nutrition Agency maintains MBG program targets despite budget cuts
The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has announced that it will maintain its target of 72.46 million beneficiaries for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program in 2027, despite a budget reduction from Rp262.5 trillion to Rp232.5 trillion. The 2027 BGN budget is set at Rp240.20 trillion, with the majority allocated to national nutrition fulfillment.
