PCRN party faces multiple resignations in Cameroon
The Cameroonian Party for National Reconciliation (PCRN) is facing a series of departures from its ranks. Nourane Moluh Hassana, the deputy for Wouri-Est, has announced her resignation from the party in a letter addressed to national president Cabral Libii. Hassana cited deep ideological divergences and expressed disappointment regarding internal party reactions to an invitation from the First Lady. She has joined the Pacte Social pour la Gouvernance.
Simultaneously, Justin Nkakeu Aimé Ledoux, a member of the party's communal committee in Douala 5e, has resigned from all functions and membership, citing personal reasons. His departure is reportedly accompanied by approximately sixty other militants from the Douala 5e region. These exits follow months of reported tensions within the party.
