PDP Candidates Victor Evivna and Michael Idoko Receive Certificates of Return in Nigeria

Victor Richard Evivna, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate for Rivers State, was presented with his Certificate of Return at the party’s National Headquarters in Abuja. The ceremony, attended by PDP officials and candidates from across the federation, marked the formal endorsement of his candidacy ahead of the upcoming general elections. Evivna thanked party leaders and supporters, pledging to promote sustainable development, unity and accountable governance in Rivers State.

In a separate ceremony, Michael Samuel Idoko received the PDP Certificate of Return and INEC nomination forms for the Ogugu State Constituency seat in the 2027 Kogi State House of Assembly election. Idoko, a media strategist and aide to Senator Natasha Hadiza Akpoti‑Uduaghan, expressed gratitude to the party and constituents, committing to issue‑based campaigning, infrastructure development, education, healthcare and youth empowerment if elected. Both candidates highlighted their dedication to representing their communities and advancing the PDP’s agenda in the forthcoming elections.
