Pegadaian and POGI launch stunting prevention program in 36 Indonesian cities

PT Pegadaian (Persero) has partnered with the Indonesian Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology (POGI) to launch the Merdeka Stunting 2026 Program. Titled ‘Dari Ibu Hamil, Semua Jadi Penting’, the initiative focuses on preventing stunting by providing medical support during pregnancy. The program was conducted throughout August 2026 and reached 1,080 pregnant women across 36 cities in Indonesia. Participants received free pregnancy ultrasounds and consultations with OB-GYN specialists.

In a separate health initiative, the Agung Sedayu Group, through its Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2) corporate social responsibility program, conducted pediatric specialist examinations for toddlers in Tangerang, Banten. This program included nutritional support, such as the distribution of milk and boiled eggs, to educate parents on the importance of protein and nutrition for child development.
