Pego and Els Poblets establish assistance offices for Dana Adam victims

Municipalities in the Marina Alta region, specifically Pego and Els Poblets, have announced the opening of assistance offices for residents affected by the Dana Adam weather event.

In Pego, an office will be established at the Agricultural Chamber starting Wednesday to allow victims to register damages for aid applications. Local authorities have advised residents to document all damage with photographs and to utilize designated plots for disposing of rustic materials and waste. Current priority efforts are focused on restoring roads and ensuring access to homes.

In Els Poblets, the local government is collaborating with Mapfre to provide specialized assistance for damages to homes, businesses, garages, and vehicles. The service will operate at the Citizen Service Office on specific weekday hours. Residents are urged to take detailed photos and videos of damages before cleaning or repairing, and to retain all invoices and receipts related to emergency expenses and repairs.
