Peloponnese Region approves infrastructure tenders in Messenia

The Peloponnese Regional Committee has approved the selection of provisional contractors for two separate infrastructure projects in the Messenia region.

For the Petalidi football stadium project, which has a budget of €190,000, the firm ‘K/XIA FILANDRIANOS PANAGIOTIS – THEODOROPOULOS STAVROS’ was named the provisional contractor. The project involves fencing, lighting, and the improvement of changing rooms. The firm submitted a bid with an average discount of 10.45%.

In a separate tender for the maintenance of asphalt surfaces on the national and provincial road network in Messenia, budgeted at €320,000, ‘TZIKAKIS EFSTATHIOS TOY NIKOLAOU’ was selected as the provisional contractor with a 12.06% discount. One other bid was rejected by the committee for being unusually low and failing to provide sufficient justification regarding personnel, equipment capacity, and machinery costs.
