Pema Khandu rejects claims of Chinese incursion in Arunachal Pradesh

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said there was no Chinese incursion in the state and pledged to consult local tribes and the Indian Army about the allegations. He emphasized that Indian troops are deployed along the Line of Actual Control and that any reports of People's Liberation Army activity were unfounded.

The statement follows earlier denials by Home Minister Mama Natung, who called similar reports "just rumours," and a June rebuttal from the Indian Army that media claims of Chinese camps in Arunachal Pradesh were "incorrect and without basis."
