Pembina Pipeline renews 5% share buyback and lifts full-year EBITDA outlook
Pembina Pipeline Corporation announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved the renewal of its normal course issuer bid, allowing the company to repurchase up to five percent of its outstanding common shares. The buyback program will run from May 19, 2026 to the earlier of May 18, 2027 or the point at which the maximum number of shares is acquired. Pembina may purchase shares on the TSX, NYSE and alternative trading systems, with daily limits tied to average trading volume.
In its first‑quarter 2026 earnings call, Pembina reported strong volume growth across key pipelines and an improved marketing outlook. On that basis, management raised its full‑year adjusted EBITDA guidance, signalling confidence in its operating performance and cash flow generation.
