Penn State THON and Four Diamonds are celebrating 50 years of partnership, having raised more than $273 million to support pediatric cancer care and research. The collaboration has helped more than 5,500 children by covering out-of-pocket costs not met by insurance for treatments at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital.

To mark the milestone, permanent recognition has been installed at Beaver Stadium. New signage at Gate B, funded by an anonymous $10 million gift toward stadium renovations, features the logos of both organizations.

Additionally, the theme for THON 2027, “Where Our Imagination Shines,” was revealed during the Penn State Homecoming parade. The theme aims to reflect a future where a cure for childhood cancer is realized.
