Persib Bandung manages dense October schedule and venue change

Persib Bandung is preparing for a demanding October 2026 schedule involving the BRI Super League, AFC Champions League Two, and the ASEAN Club Championship (Shopee Cup). To manage this workload, the club is utilizing its full 27-man squad to maintain physical stability and performance.

As part of their Shopee Cup campaign, Persib will travel to Thailand to face Port FC at Thammasat Stadium on October 8. Following their recent success with the Indonesian national team, players Ragnar Oratmangoen and Thom Haye are scheduled to join the squad in Thailand immediately after the FIFA ASEAN Cup.

Additionally, the club has announced a temporary venue change for its home matches. Due to necessary pitch maintenance at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Stadium, Persib will host three matches throughout October at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Bandung Regency. These matches include two BRI Super League fixtures and one AFC Champions League Two match. The club aims to return to GBLA in November 2026, pending further field evaluations.
