Persija Jakarta begins intensive training camp in Thailand

Persija Jakarta has officially commenced an intensive training camp in Hua Hin, Thailand, to prepare for the 2026-2027 Super League season. Under the guidance of coach Shin Tae-yong, the squad is conducting twice-daily training sessions designed to address specific physical and tactical needs.

Coach Shin Tae-yong noted that unlike the brief preparation period prior to the Piala Presiden 2026, this camp provides the necessary time to build a fundamental physical base and refine team tactics. Morning sessions are dedicated to strength training, while afternoon sessions focus on tactical implementation.

To ensure personalized training, the coaching staff conducted comprehensive physical assessments of the players, measuring muscle strength, mass, and body fat percentages. This data allows the team to tailor training programs to the individual requirements of each player to maximize overall performance.
