Pertamina cuts diesel and other fuel prices in July 2026

Pertamina Patra Niaga announced a nationwide adjustment of non‑subsidised fuel prices effective 1 July 2026. The price of diesel‑related fuels fell sharply: Pertamina Dex dropped from Rp24,800 to Rp21,150 per litre (a reduction of Rp3,650), Dexlite fell from Rp23,000 to Rp19,700 per litre (down Rp3,300), and Pertamax Turbo decreased from Rp20,750 to Rp19,300 per litre (down Rp1,450). Subsidised fuels such as Pertalite and Biosolar remained unchanged.

The adjustment reflects periodic evaluation of global oil market dynamics, national economic conditions and consumer purchasing power. Vice President of Corporate Communication Kitty Andhora said the pricing follows the established mechanism and has been coordinated with the government, adding, "Penyesuaian harga BBM nonsubsidi mengacu pada dinamika harga pasar minyak dunia dan mengikuti regulasi atau mekanisme yang berlaku. Tentunya langkah penyesuaian ini telah dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah."
