Sodexo Perú targets record sales of S/ 1,000 million by 2026

Sodexo Perú projects record sales exceeding S/ 1,000 million by the end of 2026. This growth is driven by new contracts in the large-scale mining sector, specifically with Antamina and Cerro Lindo (Nexa Resources), alongside strengthened operations in the energy, industry, banking, and health sectors.

Juan Montoya, Country Managing Director of Sodexo Perú, noted that the company has grown significantly from sales of approximately S/ 450 million ten years ago. The company reported a client retention rate of 99.2% in 2025, the highest in five years and the best recorded by the organization in Latin America. Currently, Sodexo serves over 75 clients across more than 120 locations and camps in Peru, employing approximately 8,400 people.
