Peru national football team sets North American friendlies and home venues for 2030 qualifiers
The Peru senior national football team, led by coach Mano Menezes, will play four international friendlies in North America during the FIFA window of September‑October 2026. The matches are scheduled against the United States on 26 September in Orlando, Mexico on 29 September in New Jersey, Canada on 3 October in Montreal, and Colombia on 6 October in Miami.
In parallel, the Peruvian Football Federation has confirmed that the home leg of the 2030 World Cup qualifying campaign will be hosted in three domestic venues – Lima, Cusco and Puno – to give the team regional exposure and to test players at different altitudes.
These fixtures aim to solidify the new squad, evaluate emerging talent and prepare the side for the upcoming South American qualifying round for the 2030 World Cup.
