Peru regulator reports higher mobile and fixed‑line satisfaction in 2025

The Peruvian telecom regulator OSIPTEL released its 2025 satisfaction survey, finding that 65 % of users are satisfied with mobile services, up 13 percentage points from 2024. Satisfaction was highest in Tumbes (76 %), Callao (73 %) and Lima (71 %). Among operators, Entel and Claro led with 71 % satisfaction, followed by Bitel at 69 % and Movistar at 49 %. Mobile service dissatisfaction fell from 23 % to 17 %.

For fixed‑line internet, satisfaction reached 64 %, a 19‑point increase, while dissatisfaction declined from 29 % to 16 %. Win topped the operator rankings with 80 % satisfaction, followed by Wow (69 %), Claro (66 %) and Movistar (51 %). Despite overall gains, 33 % of mobile users reported significant problems, mainly internet performance (39 %) and service interruptions (30 %). For fixed‑line, 40 % cited major issues, chiefly service interruptions (28 %) and total outages (26 %).
