Perum Jasa Tirta II Grants Labor Benefits to Deceased Security Guard Sumarna's Family

On 30 July 2026, Perum Jasa Tirta II (PJT II) Director‑General Imam Santoso visited the home of the family of the late security guard Sumarna in Purwakarta, Indonesia. He handed over the benefits from the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program together with a cash allowance from the company. The ceremony was attended by the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Service Director, other PJT II board members and Purwakarta Regent Saepul Bahri Binzein.

The company said the payment demonstrates its commitment to protect workers’ rights and to honor Sumarna’s service. The benefits are intended to help the family cover living costs and support the education of Sumarna’s children.
