Peruvian Congress staff linked to Movadef payroll

An investigation has identified 10 workers within the Peruvian Congress whose names appear on a payroll used by the Movimiento por la Amnistía y Derechos Fundamentales (Movadef) to seek registration as a political organization.

The identified staff members hold positions as advisors, technicians, and assistants within the offices of the Juntos por el Perú party and a Senate commission. Among those named is Ilso Gladio Ramos Cosme, a lead advisor to deputy César Hugo Tito Rojas, who also previously ran as a candidate for Juntos por el Perú. Another staff member, Richard Leandro Tipo Quispe, serves as an advisor in the same office.

Other individuals identified include Zaida Yessel Juanca Mamani, an advisor to Senator José Moisés Chipana Chipana, and Dick Jefferson Luya Asto, an assistant in the office of Senator Hugo Isaac Cahuana. While some workers denied any connection to Movadef, others have not commented on the findings.
