Peruvian Gastronomic Fair Attracts Visitors in Tenerife

The third edition of the Peruvian Gastrocultural Fair was held on Saturday, 25 July, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife’s Parque Las Indias. Organized by the Peruvian Community of Tenerife together with the municipal district Salud‑La Salle, the free‑entry event ran from 12:00 to 18:00 and offered a showcase of classic Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, causas limeñas and ají de gallina.

Participating restaurants included Edtoart, Millo, Mistura, Aroma y Sabor, Machu Picchu, Pollos a la Brasa, Ceviche N1 and Ceviboom, among others. The programme also featured live music, folk dances and a craft exhibition, aiming to promote Peruvian culture and provide a gathering point for the local Peruvian community.

Victor Ramírez, president of the Peruvian Community of Tenerife, highlighted the growing presence of Peruvian artists and singers, emphasizing the fair’s ambition to become an annual cultural fixture in Santa Cruz.
