Peruvian mayoral candidates launch campaigns in San Juan and Atalaya districts

Somos Perú candidate Lenín Escudero visited the Ramón Castilla native community in Atalaya, meeting families and emphasizing education, sport, safe spaces, and dialogue with residents. He pledged to address basic services and promote participatory governance as part of his bid for the provincial mayoralty ahead of Peru’s October 4 regional and municipal elections.
