Peter Ndlovu to lead Scottland FC as interim coach

Scottland FC is reportedly appointing former Warriors captain Peter Ndlovu as interim head coach following the immediate dismissal of Norman Mapeza. The decision follows the club’s exit from the CAF Champions League after a 3-0 second-leg defeat to Angola’s Petro de Luanda, which resulted in a 3-2 aggregate loss.

Ndlovu, who previously served as the club’s team manager, is expected to oversee the team for the remainder of the 2026 campaign while the hierarchy searches for a permanent replacement ahead of next season. The club’s leadership reportedly held a tense meeting to decide Mapeza’s fate immediately after the team's return from Angola.

Ndlovu’s primary task will be managing Scottland’s domestic title defense. The defending champions currently trail league leaders Hardrock FC by eight points, though they hold two games in hand.
