Peugeot launches electric E‑308 compact with up to 410 km range
Peugeot, part of Stellantis, introduced the E‑308 as the first fully electric model in the 308 range. Launched in Europe in 2023, the compact C‑segment car offers a WLTP‑tested range of more than 400 km, powered by a 54 kWh battery (51 kWh usable) and a 115 kW (156 hp) motor delivering 260 Nm of torque. Standard equipment includes an 11 kW three‑phase AC charger and optional rapid DC charging up to 100 kW, enabling a 20‑80 % charge in under 25 minutes.
The model is offered in several trim levels – Style, Allure, GT and GT Exclusive – with prices from €37,040 to €43,300 before incentives. Features comprise Peugeot’s i‑Cockpit with a digital 3D instrument cluster, a 10‑inch touchscreen, adaptive cruise control, and a full suite of driver‑assistance systems. Exterior design bears the brand’s new luminous LED signature and specific 18‑inch wheels for the electric versions. The E‑308 is available as a sedan and as the E‑308 SW estate, the first fully electric family car from a European manufacturer.
In parallel, Peugeot has announced a 2026 refresh of the conventional 308, showcasing a bright new design and confirming that a diesel engine will remain an option for markets such as Morocco.
