Peugeot to overhaul most of its model lineup by 2030

Peugeot, part of Stellantis, announced a comprehensive refresh of almost its entire vehicle range by 2030. The plan covers its best‑selling models – the 208, 2008, 308 and 408 – and will introduce new electric versions, hybrid options and updated internal‑combustion engines.

The 208 is slated for a fourth‑generation launch in 2027 on the STLA Small platform, with an electric variant and a conventional version that will remain in production until 2030. The 2008 will receive a fully electric model by 2029, while its current gasoline engine will be upgraded with a 1.2‑litre turbo that has been tested for millions of kilometres. New design language dubbed “Feline Future” will be applied across the refreshed models, featuring a modern wheel design and sharper styling cues. The rollout is part of Stellantis’s FaSTLane 2030 programme, aiming to boost sustainability and performance while offering customers a multi‑energy choice.
