Peugeot tops Greek market and unveils e‑3008 electric SUV

Peugeot maintained its lead in the Greek passenger‑and‑commercial vehicle market in April, recording 1,555 registrations and a 10.2% market share, an 18% increase over the previous year despite a 2% overall market decline. In the first half of the year the brand logged 4,468 registrations and an 8.4% share. The B‑SUV Peugeot 2008 was the top‑selling model, with 1,095 units in April and 2,516 units in the first four months.

Separately, Peugeot introduced the e‑3008 electric SUV, built on Stellantis’ multi‑energy platform. The entry‑level version uses a 73 kWh battery delivering a WLTP range of 525 km, while a 97 kWh option reaches up to 700 km. The vehicle weighs over 2,100 kg, which affects handling, and is priced competitively but remains relatively heavy for its class. Its design features a large 21‑inch i‑Cockpit screen and a fast‑charging capability that can raise battery charge from 20% to 80% in about 30 minutes.
