PGIMER announces recruitment for 60 positions

The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) has announced vacancies for 60 positions through direct recruitment. The openings include 57 Group ‘C’ posts at PGIMER-Chandigarh and 3 posts across Groups ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ at the PGIMER Satellite Center in Sangrur, Punjab.

At the Chandigarh campus, the Group ‘C’ vacancies consist of one Library Attendant Grade-I, one Animal Attendant, one Barber, and 54 Multi-Tasking Staff (Cleaning) Grade-III positions. The Sangrur Satellite Center vacancies include one Medical Officer (Group ‘A’), one Computer Programmer (Group ‘B’), and one Pharmacist Grade-II (Group ‘C’).

The online application process begins on September 3, with a deadline of October 19. Candidates for the Medical Officer position must possess recognized medical qualifications and registration with a State Medical Council. Computer Programmer applicants require specific degrees in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, along with relevant programming experience.
