PGZ and MKE discuss joint defense production in Poland
Executives from the Polish defense group Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) and the Turkish company Makine ve Kimya Endustrisi A.S. (MKE) met in Warsaw to discuss strategic defense cooperation. The delegation from MKE, led by CEO Ilhami Keleş, met with PGZ CEO Adam Leszkiewicz to explore joint production models and technology sharing.
The discussions focused on ammunition programs, air defense, and securing the availability of key raw materials for special production. The meeting aims to strengthen the defense partnership between Poland and Turkey, enhancing the defense potential of allied nations and ensuring supply security in Eastern Europe.
In addition to the PGZ meeting, Ilhami Keleş held high-level talks with Polish Deputy Minister of National Defense Paweł Bejda, as well as discussions with the Director of Strategic Projects at the Polish Ministry of State Assets and the Turkish Ambassador to Poland.
