Philadelphia investigation links video to missing women case

Investigators in Philadelphia have reported a breakthrough in a case involving a home linked to multiple missing women. Authorities recovered video footage from a property on Chew Avenue that allegedly shows Raymond Horsch, the late father of suspect Eugene Horsch, strangling a woman to death.

Digital evidence retrieved from hard drives at the residence has helped identify two women who disappeared years ago: Maribel Fresses, who went missing in 2018, and Gabriella Amarando, who disappeared in 2012. While some recovered images and videos appear to show the women deceased, their bodies have not yet been recovered.

In addition to the digital evidence, police removed more than 20 containers of an unknown substance from a makeshift laboratory in the basement. These materials have been sent to a federal laboratory in Chicago for testing. Eugene Horsch is currently in federal custody on firearms charges and is not scheduled to return to court until January.
