Philco and Britânia launch Father's Day campaigns in Brazil

Philco announced its 2026 Father’s Day campaign, "Viva o detalhe que aproxima," a 360° effort that runs across digital channels, retail points, media and press relations throughout July and August. The brand highlighted influencer participation, including André Scardovelli, Mazzola and Andrey Raychtock, and linked the messaging to the World Cup atmosphere. Philco cited a 15% rise in sell‑out pieces and a 16% increase in its own e‑commerce revenue compared with the previous year, underscoring the commercial importance of the holiday.

Britânia introduced a Father’s Day campaign that emphasizes artificial‑intelligence‑driven personalization of everyday moments. The rollout references a projected global AI market of US$617 billion by late 2026 and raises concerns about racial and algorithmic bias in generative AI models. The company quoted AI ethics specialist Cáren Cruz: “A tecnologia não nasce neutra. Ela aprende a partir de bancos de dados, imagens, descrições e repertórios que também carregam desigualdades históricas.” The campaign aims to connect families while drawing attention to the broader debate on AI fairness.
