Phu Tho accelerates digital transformation in administration

Local authorities in Phu Tho province are accelerating digital transformation initiatives across administrative and political sectors. In Yen Lac commune, efforts are underway to digitize party member records to improve management efficiency. The commune aims to complete the digitization of 80% of its 1,682 party member files by September 2026, moving from paper-based systems to an electronic environment for faster information retrieval.

Simultaneously, Hung Vuong University is supporting local digital literacy by training nearly 100 officials from 13 communes and wards. The training focuses on practical applications, including using artificial intelligence (AI) to draft notices, summarize work processes, and create digital content such as instructional videos for administrative procedures. These programs aim to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the practical technological needs of grassroots-level public servants.
