In the agricultural sector, local authorities and the Farmers' Union are transitioning traditional vegetable farming toward sustainable, high-value production. In Phung Nguyen commune, farmers are adopting organic fertilizers and scientific technologies to meet VietGAP standards. This transition is supported by extensive training programs, with the provincial Farmers' Union coordinating hundreds of classes to improve livestock management, e-commerce, and agricultural marketing.

Parallel efforts are underway to accelerate digital transformation within local administration. In Yen Lac commune, officials are working to digitize party member records to improve management efficiency. Additionally, Hung Vuong University is providing digital literacy training to local officials, focusing on the practical application of artificial intelligence to assist with administrative tasks such as drafting notices and summarizing work processes.
