Tô Lâm inspects key infrastructure and school projects in Hanoi

General Secretary and President Tô Lâm conducted field inspections of key infrastructure and education projects in Hanoi on August 29, 2026.

During the inspection of the Ring Road 1 project (Hoàng Cầu - Voi Phục section), the President emphasized the importance of the 2.2 km stretch in reducing urban congestion and completing the city's ring road system. He commended Hanoi's efforts in land clearance and resettlement while instructing authorities to ensure the project meets its timeline and maintains urban aesthetics.

The President also visited the newly constructed Hoàng Quán Chi High School in Yên Hòa ward. The facility, spanning nearly 13,000 square meters, is one of four new public high schools in Hanoi prepared to serve the 2026-2027 academic year. He reviewed the school's specialized facilities, including subject rooms, a library, and support services for students with disabilities, to ensure readiness for the upcoming school year.
