Phu Tho police investigate human trafficking case involving a minor

Phu Tho Provincial Police have initiated a criminal investigation into a human trafficking case involving a minor. The incident occurred at the Tokyo karaoke establishment in Tam Duong commune, managed by Pham Minh Duc.

Authorities determined that Pham Minh Duc and Luu Duc Ngoc, owner of the Thien Duong karaoke bar, conspired to transfer a girl under the age of 16 and another woman from Ngoc's establishment to Duc's facility for work. Three suspects, including Pham Minh Duc, Do Chi Hieu, and Luu Duc Ngoc, have been identified and are currently under investigation as police work to expand the case.
