Piedmont Regional Track Cycling Titles Awarded at San Francesco al Campo

The Velodromo Francone in San Francesco al Campo hosted the "Trofeo Cumino Parking" on 22 July 2026, serving as the Piedmont regional track cycling championship. The meet featured junior, youth, and women's categories, with athletes competing in individual pursuit, elimination, scratch, points race, keirin, omnium and sprint events.

Organisers led by Davide Francone arranged high‑technical races, and the regional titles were presented by Massimo Rosso, president of the Piedmont cycling federation, together with Vice‑Presidents Ivano Leone and Pierfranco Gugliermetti. Winners included Filippo Gallo (junior individual pursuit), Gregorio Acquaviva (multiple junior events), Mirko Mazzoni (youth keirin and omnium), Nicole Bracco (women’s individual pursuit, keirin and omnium), among others across the various classes.

The results provide insight for selectors ahead of the Italian Elite and Junior Track Championships scheduled for 27‑30 July 2026 on the same oval.
