Pierre Gasly reinstated to third place after FIA drops Monaco penalties
The FIA cancelled two five‑second penalties that had been applied to Alpine driver Pierre Gasly for exceeding the speed limit in the pit lane at the Monaco Grand Prix. The removal of the penalties restored Gasly to his original third‑place finish, moving Red Bull driver Isack Hadjar down to fourth.
The revised race order also updated the drivers' championship standings, with Kimi Antonelli leading, followed by Lewis Hamilton and Gasly now in third. Team points were adjusted accordingly, keeping Alpine in fifth place in the constructors' table.
The change affects the season‑long points battle among the leading teams and drivers.
