Danantara Indonesia hosts Housing Expo and announces LRT City bailout

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is currently being held at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in PIK 2, Tangerang. The event features over 100 developers and offers approximately 100,000 housing units, ranging from subsidized homes to luxury apartments. Major state-owned banks, including BRI and BTN, are participating with competitive financing schemes, such as fixed interest rates starting at 2.75% and potential mortgage tenors of up to 40 years to increase accessibility for low-income groups.

In a related development, Danantara Indonesia has announced a Rp456 billion equity injection into PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk's subsidiary to resolve the stalled LRT City project. This intervention aims to protect the interests of over 2,000 consumers who have already paid for units but have not yet received them.

Additionally, Danantara is looking to expand its investment footprint into digital infrastructure, specifically targeting the growing demand for data centers in Indonesia, and is exploring semiconductor development through partnerships like the one with Arm Limited.
