Piątek and Kościelisko municipalities begin public consultations on general spatial plans
The town of Piątek (Poland) has opened a public consultation on its draft General Plan and accompanying environmental impact forecast. The consultation runs from 14 July to 12 August 2026. Residents may submit comments in writing or by e‑mail, attend an open meeting on 22 July 2026 at 16:00 in the town hall, and meet the designer individually at 17:30 the same day. All documents are available at the municipal office, the public information bulletin and the Ministry of Development website.
In the neighboring gmina of Kościelisko, a similar consultation has started. An open meeting is scheduled for 20 July at 17:15 in the gmina office, and comments can be submitted until the end of July. Designer office hours will be held on 21 July in Dzianisz, 22 July at the primary school in Kościelisko, and 23 July at the primary school in Witów. The draft plan and impact forecast are posted on the gmina’s public information bulletin site. The General Plan, required to be adopted by the end of August, will replace the previous land‑use study and become binding local law.
