The outage impacted both individual consumers and commercial sectors, with merchants reporting difficulties receiving payments and recharging card equipment.
The Central Bank of Brazil confirmed the technical failure and stated that its technical team identified the issue and restored normal operations during the morning. By 9:50 AM, reports had significantly decreased, signaling a gradual return to stability.
