Playa Miramar infrastructure projects to drive investment

Infrastructure projects in Playa Miramar, Ciudad Madero, aim to provide potable water and drainage services to the tourist corridor. Yazmín Santiago, the Director of Economic Development for Ciudad Madero, stated that these basic services are essential to provide certainty for companies, hotels, and new businesses looking to invest in the area.

The improvements are expected to benefit approximately 74 businesses currently operating in the corridor and increase property values. Officials noted that while existing establishments have managed to grow despite incomplete services, the completion of the infrastructure will enhance their sales potential and strengthen the overall tourism offering.
