PLUS X AWARD recognizes Germany's best retailers for 2022

The PLUS X AWARD has announced the recipients of the ‘Germany’s Best Retailer 2022’ seal, based on a nationwide consumer survey. A total of 48 retailers were recognized for achieving the highest levels of general customer satisfaction.

The survey was conducted by the German Institute for Product and Market Research, polling 8,058 men and women across all German federal states. Unlike traditional awards decided by a professional jury, this distinction reflects direct consumer opinion. Donat Brandt, President of the PLUS X AWARD, noted that the award honors the creativity and innovation of stationary retail in maintaining its value as a mediator between brands and end customers despite the challenges of the pandemic.
